Website says closes at 10pm. Paper sign says closes at 9:30pm. Sign says open but the doors are locked at 9:25pm????? 5 patrons hungry for ice cream, 12 patrons eating ice cream outside. Sounds like a missed op to make money.....yes, I wanted an ice cream???????????? View all feedback.
