"A friend and I decided to try Oasis by the River for a lazy breakfast while in North Haven. To say it was worth it is an understatement. We both loved the atmosphere, friendly service, and the quality of the food and chef. Top notch. We had the pancakes and coffee and the quantity was more than acceptable. The food was fantastic. The chef told us we wouldn't want lunch and he was right. Talking with the chef was a delight. He seeks out local, good quality ingredients to ensure that the starting point for every dish is excellent produce. This is a dining experience rather than a simple cafe. If you're in the Laurieton/Haven region this is a highlight worth checking out."

"Best Chinese food in the area! Exemplary service, food was fresh and the place was clean. No wonder why all the locals have recommended us this restaurant! The service from Annie was incredible from the moment we entered the restaurant. She went out of her way to explain the dishes and even made recommendations on her personal favourites. I would recommended the steamed duck with egg and prawn sauce thanks Annie! After the massive feast, we were shocked at how reasonably priced the bill was. Only problem was not ordering more for take out the following day! Again thanks for the incredible food and hospitality."
