What User doesn't like about El Pollo Loco:
We go here all the time and usually it is good, but today the chicken was not cooked by, breast meat was pink, and we could not get the chicken from the bone. Throw most of it in the garbage. In 15 years, this is the first time this happened. I hope it's not a trend and only one time curse. read more.

The best chicken and fried shrimps. Very friendly staff and they pick you up quickly on the drive thru, even if there are many people on the line.

"We are regulars at this shop. Such friendly workers. We are always greeted and thanked when we leave. They are also pretty quick if you are in a hurry. The selection of bagels is my favorite.
