"I usually love the food here. As a gift from my daughter for Mother's Day we ordered at 5pm..said it would be delivered 6:30to 6:45pm. At 7pm I called and was informed it was just going out through the door. Got a call from the delivery driver to confirm address and would be there immediately....25 minutes later I called the driver back and said she was on her way, told her don't bother bringing a cold meal and then lost connection. I called once again to the restaurant and asked why they lied to me about the dinner being on it's way at 7pm..and now it was 7:40. No satisfactory explanation was given so the order was cancelled. The driver showed up 2 minutes later and we told her to take it back as we had already cancelled."

"I recommend Family Pizza over some of the other places like Rodos, Dominos, Pizza Hut, and Western Pizza Express, TJs, etc. Overall, I would say it's also better than Houston Pizza, but it's nearly a tossup, and Houston Pizza is a sit-down restaurant. Try their Teriyaki Chicken or BBQ Chicken pizzas. It's not mind-blowingly good, but overall, the best choice in the Jaw."

"Great place and great staff and food. I always go on weekends when there is live entertainment. It bustles and is lively and rockin after 9 pm. Specials are great! Great place to bring friends for music, food and drinks. Parking a bit of an issue when Warrior hockey games are on."

"Food is greaaat! We had the mushroom swiss, and the Grilled Chicken Bacon Ranch. But the dessert was the best part! We had the Bacon Butter Pecan Pie. It was insane! Will definitely go back for that when we visit again"

"I love Pita Pit and have no problems usually, but tonight was disappointing, the Pita had hardly any veggies for $14 I would expect a bit more and the guy wrapped it bad, so not sure if I were back. Customer service went on the hill. Service: Take Meal Type: Dinner Price per person: $10–20"

"When we arrived at the Brewhouse we waited at the front as we thought we may be seated. She let us know where the patio was and told us to go choose a spot. Our waitress was great off the start got us our drinks...quickly, we ordered the jalapeño poppers app and they were tasty. An hour into beverages on the patio the service started to drop off. They weren’t any busier then they were when we walked in. But it was very unorganized. We witnessed 3 other tables walk out as they waited too long to receive even a water while they were waiting for service. Our waitress with the short dark hair and back tattoos was friendly and quick. The dark haired waitress/ bar tender with the glasses was just plain rude. Ordered a variety of drinks including beer with a side of clam. Clam sat on bar for 15 minutes after we received our beer. When the lady with glasses did finally bring it she rolled her eyes as she dropped it at the table. We ordered another order of the jalapeño appy when the rest of our table guests joined us. Then we ordered dinner items. Caesar salad was soggy and old lettuce. Wings were good. Typical of brewhouse. We ordered 2 prime ribs one 12oz and one 8oz. Prime ribs were over done and tough. The 12 oz was especially bad. Not worth the money unless you want to eat shoe leather. The cutlery which is hand rolled was dirty! Literal big chunks of food. We asked 2 times for clean cutlery and 4 sets out of 8 still had last nights dinner on them. Visible large chunks. They didn’t even apologize, just said “oh”. The patio had garbage flying around on it and instead of picking it up. A lot of the time it was just getting stepped on. Bathrooms were unkept. For almost a $300 tab, we can say we will not be returning. Have been to a lot of Brewhouse locations- but this one was nothing to write home about."
