What J Litt doesn't like about Tim Hortons:
Terrible customer service. One particular staff member closed ALL the restroom because they just mopped the floors and wouldn't let anyone use them for 15-20 mins because they didn't want the floors walked on until they were dry. And they were extremely rude about it too. As a highway Tim's this is just not okay and the staff here need a review in customer service. View all feedback.
