very rich serrano ham incoming, for the center a alcachofa (the center of the alcachofa best said) with something above... very expensive for what it is, crispy croquettes on the outside and very tasty on the inside (riquisimas un y el entrecot a la brasa at the point... that point was a coma... was good, but we did not know a like this but it is not yet spectacular.
