Seriously? It's a Loard's. Many East Bay people grew up on banana splits and orange freezes from here...I'm no different. The flavors are predictably enjoyable, the service is always given with a smile, and you can sit down or grab cakes, chocolates or candy to go. Rocky Road is made with walnuts...maybe that makes you a fan or maybe it doesn't. They have a nice peanut butter fudge so there is that, but that probably... View all feedback.

Updated review: I did indeed return to get ice-cream but this time the experience was very different, the staff was less friendly than the time before, they did not seem to care. There was no seating available outside not because of the crowd but because all the tables were dirty and needed some cleaning so other customers can use them. May be the manager was off that day. This is the second time I?ve gone to this Loard?s and both times I was disappointed to find out I was not given what I ordered. I won?t go again.
