I HAD AN ISSUE ALMOST THE SAME HERE IN SONOMA COUNTY (SANTA ROSA) BUT THE WAY THE MANAGER EXPLAINED HIS POLICIES TO ME MADE PERFECTLY GOOD SENSE.
