Best food in GTNP! We made the reservation on the previous day, so it was a little late for us, but we did the best of it at 8:15. Our Ecuadorian server was extremely busy, but remained personal and polite. We split a trout with mushrooms and Yukon Golde and on wall house Salat together with a hazelnut cheesecake Dessert. After 7 hours on the road I was looking forward to a nice meal in the beautiful lodge. Unfortunately all I received was a burger that was preheated in 60 seconds under a heat lamp (which you can see from the lobby). In case you?re wondering, this is what $18.00 buys you here.
