1.30am Sat night 2 staff out back smoking, milk crates put across the drive through that is supposed to be 24hrs

Waited 40mins in drive thru, disgraceful service. Very late to work due to the incompetence of the staff and management needs a revision.

Slow to answer at drive thru, couldn't understand me, waited at window for 3 minutes for a drink. Slow, slow, and......slow.
