I bought over 30 years ago a battery charger device (1987) most likely from state business, but now defunct. battery charger had old phone numbers and called them. I thought the charger has a problem loading the owner himself was amazed to see the old one, and after the review it was okay. they make industrial chargers, etc. but this charger does not have the overload control now many are imported with ok.
