What Sandy A likes about Costa:
The staff where very nice and welcoming and there Victoria Sponge Muffins are fantastic. I also ordered a small hot chocolate and was happy with the amount. It was a little to rich for me but that’s fine. Overall I enjoyed my visit to this Costa. Would come again! read more.

Temperature outside was below zero. Snow and ice everywhere (see pic). Was ready to buy food and coffee ar counter and was told we couldn't sit in and eat because of staff shortage. This was despite people sitting and dining in when we arrived and zero cars using in the drive in option for the staff to serve.
