Visited today and decided to buy an ice cream, I asked for honeycomb and rum and raisin. We left the shop very happy to hear someone calling and it turns out I had been given another flavour by accident. They very kindly gave me the honeycomb in a tub so I wasn’t disappointed. Good choice of ice cream but due to masks and my young child’s quiet voice the order was wrong. But the staff couldn’t have been kinder when I went back in to change the order and didn’t charge me for another ice cream even when...it was partly us to blame. They were really kind to other indecisive children that were holding up a sizeable queue. Not an easy job-thanks and lovely ice cream. read more.
