The Banks Grill - Morehead City

If I gave them more than 5 stars. The service was good the food was DELICIOUS!!! I ordered The Banks Omelet (Shrimp, Pimento cheese, Speck sauteed Paprika / Onions). That was one of the best omelets I've ever eaten. Also the domestic frits were very well seasoned. I recommend this restaurant. I will definitely go back to try some other items on their menu when I'm in Morehead City.

Portions are huge, prices are fair. If really busy, so can wait a bit, but not terrible and the food is amazing! Had the Jumbo sandwich on the cookie with a pork chop and with engraving. Delicious!

This is a unique culinary experience when you try something different than standard bacon and eggs. The breakfast menu is varied and offers things like fish cake, tomato engraving and roasted grottos. Service was nice, friendly and relatively fast considering the dishes we ordered and the shop of the restaurant. The biscuits are much different from those I had before, but don't let them scare off. The homemade jam was a great funnel for the cookie. I was a little disappointed that the domestic pommes were pre-cut potato dumps, but they were very well spiced, so that they turned out. I would definitely return.

Breakfast Burrito was amazing. Could feed two! Had Bourbon barrel coffee and it was also really good! Only case was that manager gave away our table to someone she knew how we wanted to sit. However, our server was amazing and the paired with the food will let us go back!

Absolutely loved loved this place. I will say if only come if you don't mind the wait. During busy times. It's worth it though. Must TRY THE GRITS! They are different and delicious. So many more things to try...Banks Grill will be part of our favorite go to.
