Had a unreserved party on a sunday,not to crowded. They were out of a few drinks at the fountain. Most of the employees were helpful. The person playing chuck e was just sad,barely had any dancing moves,no personality at all. But all the games were working and that was nice,if the games ran out of tickets they immediately corrected the problem. Pizza was very good and hot. So overall the visit was good not great but... My two kiddos [6y 21mo] loved all the different kinds of games. It's took a wait for the food, but the kids didn't mind. The food was served hot and fresh. The employees were wonderful, unfortunately they were seriously understaffed for the amount of kids and chaos happening all around.
