We have on ocassions called in for an ice cream or a thickskake, 9 times out of 10 the ice cream machine isn't working. One of the worst " Crappy Jacks" going- better off going to the motorway services or Maccas for your ice cream. Always looks a bit dirty- poor management in this establishment and full of excuses. Hungry Jacks have always been healthier than McDonald's and KFC etc. for many of the main menu products and that is why I go here when I want this sort of fast food. However the service is not as good as it used to be and the value from price paid is less than it used to be. I will just have to find alternatives or wait for discount vouchers. View all feedback.
