this place has a large portion and excellent ingredients. pizza crust is excellent in taste. recommend the large calzone. the large pizza is excellent for parties and relatiw affordable (most cost are toppings, but portions are generous), if they want only a cheese pizza, it is very cheap for the 20' nch big. The pizza here used to be so good. The staff is beyond amazing which is what the rating is for. $19.75 for a large pepperoni pizza half hot peppers. Can not believe that. Sadly won’t be returning. We just can’t afford to spend that much money on one pizza when it barely fed our family, leaving some of us hungry and ending up still having to make something else. View all feedback.
Always great pies, reminds me of the original place beside Suburban Lanes. During my 20 years in the US Army this is one of the places I had to visit while on leave.
Pizza is always delicious. Staff is very friendly. Good prices for the amount also
AWWESOME pizza!!! The banana peppers are SUPER HOT!!!.....not a fan of the big chunk toppings but it is still super GOOD!
Growing up here you quickly learn the city of Morgantown is full of rivalries (MHS vs. UHS South vs. Suncrest Rio vs. Los Mariachis)... well the pizza game is no different. Al 's is the OG who has been slinging pizza to WVU fans for generations: Best crust anywhere outside of NY, good sauce, crispy small Pep 's, and HUGE Motown Flop. There 's no debate Al 's is the best football pizza around plus you get 5ft of it for less then 1% of your stimulus check... I mean what more could you want! (TLDR) Executive Summary: Al 's best Pizza, Rio has the best Coke, and South MHS have the best athletes...
