Honestly kinda horrible experience. You guys need more than one person on a weekend night. He had been slammed so a lot of tables were dirty... What really ticked me off is that I told him there was was a hair on one of our plates and I let him know privately yet still couldn't manage to take the meal off of the ticket, no discount, nothing.
