I have been going to Pier since the beginning, I have 2 children and I go there for the children to play. Today I had a terrible experience with the girl who claimed to be looking into space. Totally unprepared girl, with no control and no education. I love the place, but this girl urgently needs to learn how to work or be changed jobs until she learns to treat customers well.
