I have ordered jersey mikes all over the country and never had them not start up the grill until I asked about my chicken sub. What a huge inconvenience and lack of respect when they looked at me when I asked, like what's the big deal. My favorite is the Chipotle cheese steak and the turkey provolone sandwich plus the prices are not too bad.

One of my favorite sandwich shops. I like that they slice their meats to order and it always comes out
I have been going to this location since it opened and never had issues. Love their subs and always had good service but today I got a club sub and got home with it and no bacon. I just fasted for a day and a half for a medical procedure and couldn't wait to eat a sub. Then was let down when they didn't add all the ingredients. Very disappointing. Hope this isn't sign of things to come. Had to deduct a star for this reason.
Great food, friendly service. Very impressed that staff tries to learn customers names and preferences. Very welcoming atmosphere.
