"Our favorite dining experience in Invermere, we came here on our honeymoon and everything about our experience here was top notch. Food was 10/10, one of the best meals I’ve ever had. Wine was 10/10 (and I hate wine, but the stuff they served us was amazing) Cocktails 10/10 their mixologist is incredible. I had their Tipsy Tea and wow, so good. Service was 10/10 possibly the best part was how unpretentious everyone here was. It has all the qualities of a fine dining restaurant but it’s in a cozy wood cottage style restaurant with friendly staff. We will be back here every time we come to Invermere. Big recommend!"

"So...we were camping near Morrisburg, felt like pizza so I went on trip advisor to see where to go. Based on reviews and recomendation from guy at the lcbo we went to The Pizza Castle.First impression, hire someone who wants to work at your front counter. Was greeted (if you can call it that) by a teen who obviously did NOT want to be working. Worst customer service I have seen in a long time. I don't expect much from a pizza joint but basic manners would be nice. Was leaning on counter, very sarcastic and basically rude. We ordered a large pizza, paid (had to go to nearby bank fyi since they only take cash or chaeque) and asked how long it would be. He rhymed off '30 minutes' so we said we would just wait outside the store at a picnic table - RIGHT outside the store looking in. Could see it was a busy night so that was a good sign for a good pizza.We watched to see if we could see when they had pur order...the worker could see we were outside. After 30 minutes we went to ask..turned out pizze had been ready for over 10 minutes! No attempt to let us know and if we hadn't gone in it would have sat there all night! Bottom line..the pizza was good (way too much cheese on it though) and would normally reccomend but not woth the total lack of customer service. Really...if you don't want to be there...get another job! We try and support local businesses but feel that we should have just gone to the Pizzahut down the road.Very disappointed.. Would NOT reccomend based on extremely poor customer serviceI know I sound totally stuck up but I am not..have worked in the service business myself for over 35 years and would never have let myself or my staff treat anyone this way."
