Pretzels from here taste great, but it's difficult to get service here. You can walk up to the counter and wait and the employees just ignore you. They definitely don't like making more pretzels when they are sold out. Even if you are willing to wait, they will refuse to make any. The pretzels are definitely over priced, but good.
