What Debbie likes about Longhorn Steakhouse:
Had an awesome lunch yesterday. Kasey was our server and she was amazing. As an appetizer we had the Texas tonion, main entrees consisted of the 12 oz ribeye, loaded baked potato side salad, 12 oz Parmesan crusted chicken, baked potato side salad, last entree was the Longhorn Caesar salad with ranch on the side instead of the caesar dressing. We had very poor service during this visit.We had to get a manager involved due to the excessive wait time, inability and attitude of our server to provide even average service. One of our party received their meal at least 15-20 minutes before the other meals were served (lunch salads/soups! It took over an hour to get our meals.
