Really wish there were not so many people in the restaurant, it didn’t look like we were all at a good social distance from each other. Especially the party of that came in to celebrate their birthday and looking like there hasn’t been a pandemic of View all feedback.
What User doesn't like about Firebirds Wood Fired Grill Morrisville:
We made our reservation to celebrate a birthday as a family. There was no mention or acknowledgment of the birthday. Our food was under cooked twice and cold. Our service was poor. Will not return View all feedback.
I have been to other Firebirds locations frequently in the past however this was our first time at this location. The restaurant is located in a shopping plaza with multiple other businesses. I found parking in the area but had to walk a little. I made reservations prior to dinner and we were seated when we arrived. Our server was nice and brought us complimentary bread and the drinks that we ordered. For my dinner I ordered the salmon and got mashed potatoes and asparagus with it. The potatoes were good but the portion size did not match the amount of salmon that was provided. The salmon was too salty and the deviled eggs were not good. The egg combination wasn't flavorful and the ingredients did not mesh well together. I would not order them again. Overall the taste of the food lacked at this location.
Firebirds is a excellent choice for a meal. I visited for a late brunch and enjoyed the variety their menu brings. They have creative cocktails and so many dishes to choose from. The service was excellent from staff. When we arrived we were offered the opportunity to choose from the brunch or dinner menu. I adored the neat, creative clean presentation of our food and cocktails. I ordered the Seasonal craft cocktail Fuego Mojitarita with a jalapeño garnish. It was very flavorful and garnished well. For my meal I had the fried green tomatoes and crab cakes and eggs from the brunch menu. I did not enjoy the fried green tomatoes unfortunately. The crab cakes were huge and the dish was so flavorful. The Potatoes were nice and crispy. Overall a good choice for brunch.
The steak and pasta was great with a salad and oh-h the cheese cake...got to I have it.
One of our go to for date night. Our favorite appetizer is the lobster queso that comes with chips. The flavors are always great and side options are plentiful!
We had an incredible dining experience at Firebirds. The atmosphere was beautiful, the service was top-notch, and Brad was an exceptional server. He was attentive and provided great recommendations. The Sea Bass dish was my favorite, and the desserts were a delightful treat. The cocktails from the stylish bar area were also fantastic. Thank you for a lovely evening, Firebirds. If you are lucky enough to have Brad as your server, you can rest assured that you are in good hands.
