Hibachi Blue - Morrisville

New ownership definitely improved this restaurant. Great quality and yum yum sauce dispenser makes it one of my favorite hibachi places

I enjoy frequenting this place. This is a Halal Hibachi place so it’s a rare gem in the Triangle area. My favorites are the Spicy Tuna Roll and Hibachi Steak. The owners are friendly and what’s nice about this place is that for the price it’s great food. This isn’t a fancy place and the food is great for the price, often times when I’m craving a quick bite I swing by here.

I am amazed how clean and vibrant this location is. Their menu have a lot of variety and options to choose from. I have had food from here several times but today I decide to post a review and let people know what an amazing place this is. I ordered shrimp and chicken combo with crispy spring roll. The person behind the counter recommended me spicy teriyaki sauce and some siracha. The cook grilled the meat with thise sauces and my goodness it was DELICIOUS!! It was really healthy and the grilled veggies were on point. The rice was not too salty and I added their white sauce along with spicy Mayo for the extra kick. I will be coming here more often now. Thank you.

Hibachi Blue is a great place to get together with friends and have some amazing Asian food. The variety of tastes is just amazing! Just moved to the area, and I’m coming here every week. The customer service is amazing. The people are very nice, and the owner is very kind. Definitely recommend this restaurant!
