What User doesn't like about Planet Smoothie:
I was excited to have a smoothie for breakfast, but it was a big letdown. I arrived at 8:20 am and the sign stated they were open from 8-9 am Monday to Friday. However, it was Wednesday and they were still closed. I was very frustrated and disappointed. I used to enjoy coming here, but this experience really upset me. I arrived at around 6:25/30 with my 1-year-old and no one greeted us at the door, even though the staff was clearly visible inside. Why lock the doors before closing time? I have visited this restaurant without any issues before, but this experience was frustrating enough for me to write a review. If I could, I would not give any stars. View all feedback.
