I enjoy this Smoothie King location in MORROW. Every time I visit the place, the atmosphere is welcoming and very clean, the staff are extremely friendly and very helpful with trying new smoothies. I bought immunobuilders because I'm under the weather. my smoothie was more like an egg. I called to with member of the manager “Shaun” replied the phone after I told him what my complaining about my smoothie was not well mixed he was hanging in my face I called numerous time, he did not answer by phone. very unprofessional and unethical shaun does not recognize that the customer has its payment check without custome... I usually get my smoothie fix before 8am during the weekday and that crew is always awesome! They are helpful, kind, and so quick! Great service!
