a good turkish in moskau is almost unexistent, so chef is a great addition to the local real steak and kebab scene. meat was top notch, like the service and the delicious crisp. the ambiente is very special, but it may seem somewhat too loud for some. but it is a Turkish restaurant, it must be! Really expensive, and stuff added to our order... So the place was packed when we went a few weeks ago. Food was pretty good mostly a combination of salads and steaks (actually, steaks were above average). Our waiter had a good sense of humor and everyone was very kind to our baby.
