What Tomoki F doesn't like about Marukame:
Udon’s soup is salty than Japanese one. Onigiri’s rice is not cooked well. Gyoza is super dry and hard. But tempura is not bad. And, Marukame is not Japanese udon restaurant in Moscow now. Russian company took over the Marukame from Japanese Marukame. So the taste and style will unfortunately be different little by little... Japanese restaurants from Japan might not open in Moscow...
