Great food, great customer service. Very expensive, just to not be an actual restaurant setting. Also, not taking verticals is a notably lazy business practice. Considering we had already spent well over $60 on food and a generous tip before we even received service, to be denied a glass of wine is an insult. Not so petty as to let that ruin the experience though. View all feedback.

I used to go on the weekends. The food was great, the staff was fantastic and the atmosphere was comfortable and easy to visit with friends. Now there's a DJ that's playing music that is so loud that the staff can't hear your order.If you wanted to get people to leave, you have found the perfect solution.I used to go to Rock Top, but the loud music drove me away. I guess Michael's on the Lake is my last refuge. View all feedback.
