Bunch of thieves! Left my toiletries there called to get them sent to me, denied I left them behind! Smelly cold room, very dated! Noisy all night, arguments in the corridor outside my room. Had to leave via the fire escape the next morning, A Brawl with 5 people in the pub while trying to have a quiet wine by the fire, absolutely dreadful experience View all feedback.
