I think the rolls are brioche. ingredients and burger styles are cleverly selected, so there is little anything for everyone. beef was juicy and grilled, right. I have no complaints about it. there is a nice selection of craft beer for beer lovers on the look for this special craft taste. the only two things that I would like to mention that I was not liked to be supplied by the burgers. I like my eating on a classic dish. this burger was laid on a rectangular piece stone, and as I am a creepy edifice, my burger fell off this rock thing. So the table became dirty and the second is because this is a brewery, I expected that the music would be a different choice than any generic radio transmitter in the background. listening to home music in a brewery is not really a good game. but this is my opinion. otherwise a good place to eat and drink is visited again."
