We were on our way to New orleans and couldnt drive anymore so I fired up the tomtom to find a nice place to stay. Defuniak where? we read the reviews on hotel defuniak (gotta love mobile technology) and decided to stop. Casual fine dining with a total disregard for respect or quality service. We don’t know if the food is any good because after 2 hours, our dinner finally arrived COLD and we left without eating.
