To be fair the room was quite large, clean and ready on time. The location is very close to the motorway roundabout so there is some slight traffic noise, but this is minimal with the window shut. There’s no reception, book in at the Toby carvery next door. Stay here on business, mainly because it's convenient. Ronda are OK but very dark and gloomy. Every time when booking I am for double room but always get given a twin! This time I refused it and insisted on a double. To be fair, the young lad was very helpful and sorted it out for me.
