Great place to stop on the way to kaiteriteri for one of the best fruit ice-creams you'll ever try. They also have fresh produce. Try there cherries .

"We took a chance on this place as we're from Christchurch and visiting relatives in Nelson, I was not disappointed. I had the chicken burger and it was great. I'm extremely fussy and there's nothing worse than ordering chicken to have it come out dry but the chicken was perfect, moist and flavorsome and also had plenty of lettuce in the burger; another pet peeve of mine is getting one or two bits of lettuce! I really liked they had child friendly meals, as we had our four year old with us and a good range of seating; we picked a booth style table. Nice atmosphere here, I would definitely come back if we're ever in Motueka or recommend to others"

"I had a meal at Hooked on Marahau recently with a friend.<br/ We had fantastic seats looking out to sea at the end of the day as the light faded. There is indoor and outdoor seating to suit your needs.<br/ Zoe is an excellent host, very welcoming, and made it seem you we're having dinner at her place.<br/ We must recommend their squid dish and give it 5 <br/ They were the biggest rings I have seen, with an exquisite and subtle flavor, and without a doubt melted in your mouth. <br/ Squid lovers you must try this dish, you will not be disappointed! <br/"
