What Penney Taylor likes about Hwy 31 Cafe:

There was only one lady who was the same one who served us at the table and she herself cooked the food, and it didn't look very clean to me because she didn't have her hair covered and no gloves. Food: 2 Service: 3 Atmosphere: 1 View all feedback.
