"Some of the best food that I've ever had. I am so glad that talented chefs are opening places like this in the Detroit area now, and I don't have to just wistfully watch the Food Network. The Nova Scotia chowder was rich and buttery, and chock full of seafood. Every dish was shared and enjoyed by the table. I have a soft spot for butter tarts, so when I saw one on the dessert menu, I had to try it, and it most certainly didn't disappoint."

"I want to be clear: the food is very, very good. However, this is not a place to dine in. This is a place for a carry out or catering, which is unfortunate because their food is way better than most Italian restaurants in the metro Detroit area. The quality of the food deserves to be enjoyed on site but the dine in area is not comfortable, nice nor welcoming. I reiterate: they deserve 5 stars rating just for the food. The pasta is wonderful, the sauces are excellent."

"That's not my favorite place. I went specifically here about the other locations for the wine mud they had on the menu at the time, but when I came there, even though this taste was also on the menu they put in the table, they informed me that they had changed it. I've noticed since that they changed it online. I'll keep an eye on the menu, but probably lost interest. The seating can also be comfortable and like lounge."

"Had the five alarm burger, was a good amount of hot and cooked medium just like I asked. Fries were cooked well and had the taste you look for. The elephant ear fries were a little doughy and could have had cinnamon stuck more on the sticks. Drink specials were a good deal, overall a good experience."

"1/12/19 Exceeded Our Expectations...1st time purchasing of their Subs Chili Real Cherry Cokes. (they have other flavors) We had the ' Hook 'n Ladder Sub yum-um..Mike took my order over the phone I just went picked it up....they do the Subs, Salads, Chili...you do the rest...Coke Machine from the Jetsons...It 's a little hard to see from Gratiot if traveling north...3 businesses past 696 on west (left) side...Please give a Thumbs-up if this review helps you...ty"
