"Iw had the calzone, not impressed as it was not cooked, thru, so the filling was not hot, nor the cheese melted. but friends and I go there for lunch and the baby squid is great. grilled or crispy served with salat, tomatenrelish or wetare (not the idea why, yuk). enter and main parts, net can have them 1⁄2 and 1⁄2 grilled / crispy. mmmmmmmmmmmmmm! They have a certain red wine I can't find anywhere else so well, will come again and again for the tinted fish and red wine. tiramisu was great today, the distinctive basket dessert is large, but the basket is thick. they are back for more."

"I ordered take away Vietnamese coffee $5), roast pork bahn mi $9) and pork puff $3.5). Great bahn mi, there were a lot of roast pork throughout. The chilli wasn't hot enough, next time I will ask for more chilli. The kids enjoyed the pork puff pastry."

"This place serve the best authentic Italian pizza I have had in Australia!I started going to this place shortly after it opened and the young couple who run the place are lovely. IT is so busy now I hardly get to chat to them like I used to and I miss this. On the plus side the pizza is awesome!! The place can get pretty busy in the evening especially Friday and Saturday so if you want to eat in you might find you have to book. Just as good take away though :)"

"Been here several times as the food is always delicious and the atmosphere relaxed. The crispy skin baramundi was excellent and my wife's goan fish curry so tasty I almost wished I had ordered it. The prices are very fair and the service is excellent."

"Last time I was here was a year or so ago, I had loved the atmosphere resulting from the whimsical decor (think English gentleman hunter crossed with a Canadian with a sense of humour). I was glad to see it had not changed along...with the framed collections of insects, the large head of a bison wearing a surgical mask sits on the wall near the entry. . It is cosy with the brickwork, fireplace and chesterfields. It is also very female friendly with the ladies making up the majority of the customers. The wraparound verandah is a popular seating area but I prefer the indoor seating for the decor and the people watching. There is some parking at the rear but there is plenty of street parking as well. The staff were on point, efficient, busy, polite and prompt. I had the grilled halloumi, black seed honey to start. It came as grill marked bite size pieces pieces of cheese, mixed in with rocket leaves and fresh cocktail tomatoes. The honey and balsamic dressing was both sweet and tangy. I enjoyed this dish very much. Wild mushroom and lamb (current online menu says goat) roulade with tarragon cream and red oak leaf came as a vertical (not horizontal) stack of shredded pressed meat. It was more filling than it looked, (I couldn't finish it), and the tarragon cream took it up another level. Overall it was a pleasant night out."
