"We have always enjoyed the food here. Today I called as soon as they opened and they put me on hold while the computer booted up I was on hold for 7 minutes and 30 seconds. I hung up and called right back and held for another 2 minutes for someone to answer. When I told him I had been on hold for that long he said that wasn't true I said hello 3 or 4 times and you didn't respond so I hung up Funny how I was still on hold, the line didn't drop. Please just be truthful. I love the spring rolls and don't want to quit ordering from Kobe!!"

"This place used to be the place to hang out, my mother and I would come here all the time. After covid, this place got hit hard! Like some other businesses, this place never bounced back. But when Mr. Ok says thanks for coming, I can tell he appreciates it a lot, because I think he's ashamed of how bad this place has gotten, but really does appreciate ppl still coming given its condition now.
