"We had the pleasure of staying in Mt.Ida for 4 days and every day we had Bamboo Palace for dinner. We were all so grateful that we found a delicious place during our stay. We tried various dishes and we were all very satisfied with how delicious each dish was. The young lady and her staff were always nice and helpful. I wish I could give this place 10 stars."

"I had breakfast when I was close to mt. ida. last week for lunch. the breakfast was not bad. that could have been better for the cost. the chicken roast steak was mainly crust, the baked kartoffel was ok, but could have used some cheese and speck. the salate was nothing special, but it was a bit expensive. the menu price was different from the price I had calculated. the midday price was $8.99, but I was reliant on $11.99, so I'm staying at breakfast from now on."

"Outstanding!!!!! I had a cheeseburger (part of my decades long search for the perfect cheeseburger and it was an excellent example of the true classic American cheeseburger!!!! So good! Huge amount of fries with good crisp to them. My fiancee had the lunch special chicken fried steak, purple hull peas, greens texas toast. She 's from the South and knows her peas greens (and makes them very tastily herself and she raved about how good these were cooked just right. The chicken fried steak was very good as well. This special was a great deal .... all of this food (and wellmade for $8.49!!!!! And then.... the coconut cream pie! O yeah! This was a seriously good, top tier slice of coconut pie!!!! I could go on and on about it, but I 'll just say that the pie alone was worth the 1 hour drive we made to Mt Ida. The staff was very friendly, helpful and gave very good service!!!! Highly, highly recommend!!!!!"

"Wow what an amazing place to stop and be amazed, not only the food, but the service is amazing. I came last night with my daughter and had the best beef ribs for dinner, but then I bought a great place for the desert it was just as good. But the most amazing thing was that the owner Jenn sacrificed my daughter through the shave of her chocolate on her ice. Thanks Jenn and we will be back"

"I had a wonderful experience at Echo Canyon Resort! The Duck Blind cabin was very clean, the view was amazing, and the staff was extremely helpful and friendly. It was simply perfect and I am so glad I decided to stay there instead of a hotel for my class. I really wanted to stay longer. I will be back Echo Canyon, with my family next time ?????"
