What Mike Coones likes about Bonfire - Japanese Steak House & Mongolian Grill:
Food was good. The bowl of food is both fun and filling. Most of my group had leftovers to take home. They apparently don't have any good tables for more than four people. Five of us went and we got stuck in this awkward table in the corner. View all feedback. What Nikki Key doesn't like about Bonfire - Japanese Steak House & Mongolian Grill:
Not my favorite. Thr concept is cute if you Dine in.Basically it's a raw buffet you place items in a bowl and they prepare it on a large hibachi type griddle. They messed up my order. Switched our meatsThe crisp green beans were tastyPork dumplings were ok....go to steam boys if you crave dumplingsThe service was ok.Over priced View all feedback.

read moreThe restaurant has a fun concept of a raw buffet where you can place items in a bowl for preparation on a griddle. However, there were multiple complaints about the service, cleanliness, and lack of hibachi cooking available. Some customers enjoyed the food but had issues with the atmosphere and inexperienced staff. On the positive side, there were mentions of excellent customer service from the manager, fast order fulfillment, great food quality, and a pleasant dining experience. One review highlighted the responsiveness of the restaurant to feedback by changing to more convenient to-go containers. Overall, the HERMITAGE location was praised for its cleanliness and fresh ingredients compared to the MT. JULIET location, which received negative feedback for its quality and cleanliness issues.
