My husband went into the Mt. Juliet store 4 days before Valentine’s Day to pre-order for pickup the day before Valentine’s Day. When he went to pick it up, they had nothing ready, and no record of his order! Same young girl that originally took his order waited on him. Thankfully, he had his receipt.
