Called restaurant to ask for an accommodation for forgotten vinaigrette and was offered a cookie to my account. I'd prefer a full salad. I probably go to CFA once a week and find this unusually bad customer service. Comping me a salad to my account would have been more appropriate. The restaurant was busy with long lines on both sides. I opted for a curb-side pickup, which was worth the 20-minute wait. The chicken burger was the best I've ever had!
The restaurant was closed with no indication that it was not open. It's puzzling why nobody checked before driving six miles or more to Chick-fil-A, even though reviews were available. The store is located in Mt. Laurel, NJ at Centerton Square.
