hmm let 's see... maybe get rid of the roaches that are IN THE FOOD at the location at 1140 Rt 73 Mt Laurel NJ? and also get rid of the manager who was rude to the customer who received food with A ROACH IN THE SANDWICH? That would definitely help make this location better. oh and you should remove the FAST from where it says fast food because always waiting 20+ minutes at every Wendy 's, not just this one, IS NOT FA... make sure they have ~10-20 minutes to wait in the line when they go here. eating is good, but this is the second slowest wendys I've ever had. it does not play any roles whether they drive in or use the drive-thru whether they are the only car in the line or the 10. it takes at least 7 minutes (yes, we paint it.) food: 4/5 View all feedback.
Usually really great, but whoever worked there at 6/15 at 5:20 a.m., who gave out the second window. She must be spoken so that she could not take care of herself, gave me no straws or spoons for the THREE drinks/fruits I got, and forgot 2 other things from my relatively very simple order. Was not too friendly and was careless so whoever worked day shift on 6/15 all need to do it up, cause that still a job and u better do the work right. Have some pride on yourself, not even where u work have just some flippin self pride to do a job better.
We often go here and we love the food offers. They are affordable and delicious. Our order is always fast and correct.

Eating was good as a normal wendy’s, but I can’t give more than 2 stars for a restaurant that doesn’t let her dip. food: 4/5
