"We have just returned from a foodie holiday in Melbourne, this was our first meal out back in Perth and what a delight. It is a classy but casual authentic Malaysian Restaurant. We could smell the fragrant food as we stepped out of our car. Lovely, friendly, fresh clean atmosphere with good background music. We shared entrees of chicken satay, roti with daal and samosa. For the main course we had a beef and a chicken chef special, fish curry and the chefs burger (son!) All dishes were presented exceptionally well, their use of spice was superb, well balanced and with great depth. All the meat was tender and the small accompanying salads were very fresh and crisp. We shared two desserts, the pandan creme caramel and the black rice porridge. The texture of the creme caramel was perfectly light and my husband said the black rice was the best he had had. We also had a drink each, I was pleasantly suprised by the rose syrup, milk and cream soda combo and my son loved his dinosaur milo! The whole meal was incredibly good value (under $120 for the four of us). Staff were lovely, efficient and friendly without being overbearing. Great communication. We will certainly be recommending it to friends and returning next time we are up in Perth. Definitely worth the trip."

"First time I tried Indonesian style Nasi Goreng, it was a nightmare. They charge you $18.5 for just some sticky rice with sauce two chicken sticks and a egg. I could have easily made this home. Food was so cold and I couldn’t even take it out from the paper container to heat as it was stuck to the bottom. Worst ever experience! Service: Take out"

"I quite enjoyed my experience here - we came as a group and had a table booked as requested, and when the weather went bad staff were lovely about moving inside. We were curious about the beers and one of the staff dug out their secret reserve stack of beers out the back which was really nice. Our food servings were generous and tasty, with some really good value $15 lunch deals.<br> <br> My spicy buffalo wings were especially notable - not very spicy and not traditional buffalo sauce but they tasted so delectable, and were cooked to a hot, fresh and juicy crispy perfection. The jalapeño poppers were huge and fresh, and so yummy. The fried chicken waffles with whiskey maple, OMG - I don't go for sweet dishes but that was amazing even if presentation wasn't the best. My sliders were OK, not as hot and tasty but not bad - they really needed a condiment.
