What Raphaelle Pacocha doesn't like about Signal Station Brasserie:
Male staff attentive and made menu sound amazing .... Very disappointed with the bland, and average salads. Older female waitress rude and needs to retire, wouldn't return or recommend to others, only good thing was the view ...... Take a picnic and sit in the park area further down the track View all feedback. What Sam T likes about Signal Station Brasserie:
I walked up the Truganini track from Taroona to be greeted by the most spectacular sight. This restaurant has a verandah that wraps around the building taking in these vast views. The food is always good with a selection of light meals available or just coffee if that is what you want. The staff are well trained and know how to connect in a friendly way without being too intrusive. View all feedback.

read moreThe Signal Station Brasserie on top of Mt Nelson offers stunning views but falls short in terms of service and food quality according to multiple reviews. Some customers found the staff to be rude and pushy, rushing them to order lunch instead of enjoying just coffee. Others were disappointed by the pretentious presentation of mediocre food at high prices. However, some diners enjoyed the scones and scenic views, suggesting that visitors may have a better experience by taking in the view outside with a picnic. Overall, the cafe seems to divide opinion, with some praising the ambiance and dishes, while others warn of disappointing service and overpriced offerings.
