I went to Muffin Break at Mt Ommaney last week to have lunch with my daughter. I ordered a latte and my daughter prefers black coffe with some ice. Imagine my surprise when I was told that the ice incurred a 60cent surcharge. When I...queried this the staff member quite rudely informed me that they have to buy the ice .
