I surprised my husband with a stay at The Ridges Mt Panorama and dinner at Chicane Bar and Grill. The Restaurant decor lacked character and the decor was very stark. The restaurant was cold and you could feel this coming off the large windows. The tables and chairs were cold. It was not a very welcoming atmosphere. The meals became cold very quickly. We had the sirloin steak it was amazing. We didnt have to wait long for our meal so we were happy with the $48 price tag. The staff were nice but a little vague...

"I met local Bathurst friend enroute to Sydney. Lots of parking on gravel. Just metres off the Orange/ Bathurst road. Easy to spot though there wasn't any sign post notification. Beekeeper Inn is a Charming rural cafe specialising in honey and many treats. Coffee is good. Lunch menu was typical fare. I enjoyed the soup of the day - potato n leek. Yummy. Prices are reasonable. Plenty of seating. Lots of stuff to buy. There are outbuildings which seem to be a function centre. Worthy of a visit."

"The most beautiful dinner in maaloufs. eating is incredible and the staff is so friendly. we have the banquet menu and what a solid it was. the waitresses are so beautiful to celebrate with our 4 year old for his day and we appreciate the free sweets they gave to our young. highly recommended."

"A group of friends on a driving holiday stopped here for lunch. The restaurant was warm, staff were excellent and it was a hard decision what to choose off the menu. The food was excellent and most of the meals were extremely generous. Definitely worth...a visit !"
