as the latest transplantation from California, I had hoped to try something that reminded me of home. I only tasted the oil in my tacos. the flesh was also tasteless as if it had not been marinated. the texture seemed boiled. it was not grilled or carved like california carne asada. the rice also lacked taste and tasted mainly oil. the coal beans were cold. sometimes chips and salsa can be the saving gnade in Mexican... read more.
