What david parry likes about The Brass:
Went for lunch today on the dining room side. Really liked the quiet, comfortable, somewhat darkened ambiance. Brass ceiling lamps and a very cool linear ceiling fan. The elk skull/antlers seemed out of place but not a deal breaker. Artisan bread was fantastic...our entrees (steak, Cordon Bleu) were delicious. We always enjoy our meal but this last time was not as good an experience. The waitress had no idea about the menu or wines. We ordered the house salads and received the wedge salad and she didn't remember us ordering side salads. I told her immediately and she then brought the correct salads.
